Where do you ship from?
All orders are shipped from Printmate Australia Pty Ltd located in Brisbane, QLD!

How do I know if my order is on its way?
After your gear has been packed you will receive an email from Printmate Australia Pty Ltd with your tracking number. Please note tracking can take up to 24hrs to update via the tracking link.

Do you ship orders on weekends?
Our team loves to chase the vibe! So all orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Meaning if you place an order after 4pm on Friday it won’t be packed until the following Monday.

When it comes to delivery of your order, each carrier has their own operating hours. For example Australia Post generally don’t deliver on weekends.

Once I place an order, how long until its shipped?
We pick & pack orders like ninjas, if you order before 5pm AEST Mon-Fri our aim is to dispatch your order the same business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped the next business day.

How long does shipping outside of Australia take?
Depending on your location international shipping times can vary, it also depends on factors like local customs clearance times. All our international orders are shipped via DHL. All the tracking deets will be emailed to you once your package is dispatched from the warehouse.
