Proven technology – modern design

This is how the latest generation of EBS DOD large character printers presents itself. Thanks to innovative E-Link technology in combination with a modern cartridge system, a compact design with high functionality has been created. No external compressed air is required, annoying ink lines are a thing of the past and visible cables are reduced to a minimum. In less than 10 minutes, the PicAS® II is installed and ready to print. The latest Quick-Shift cartridge technology also makes changing consumables a clean affair: no refills, no drips, no tools!

Operation becomes child’s play

Thanks to the tidy menu navigation you‘ll quickly find your way around the 10.1“ color LCD touch screen. The individual menu items can be arranged in such a way that required information, such as ink level or number of prints, always remains in view. In addition, individual profiles can be created via the various operating levels, allowing flexible assignment of authorizations. From switching on the printer to complete control – everything can be assigned on a person-specific basis.

One printer – countless possibilities

The right printer can be configured from 5 different print head versions. Print image heights from 6 – 58 mm, narrow nozzle spacing for a more precise print image, larger nozzle spacing for more print height, 5-line printing – everything is possible!

The EBS-2600 is a highly-modern, compact system for high-resolution prints on many surfaces.
With its modern, intuitive and reliable design, the printer is ready for operation within seconds.
It can be operated via the convenient colour-touchscreen display or remotely via a web browser.

Ecological and efficient!

Up to 510 dots vertically and more than 71mm high, at 180 dpi. Text in every print type and height, raster graphics, geometrical fi gures, barcodes and 2-dimensional codes can be conveniently created and printed.

Thanks to a highly-effi cient printhead, the EBS-2600 can reduce marking costs to a minimum. A maximum power consumption of 15 watts rounds off the picture.

For perfect print intensity and durability, we have developed special oil-based inks.
These are characterized by excellent adhesion to a number of surfaces, especially on porous surfaces like pallets, boxes, crates etc.
And the ecological aspect is not to be disregarded, as solvent-free and odourless consumables are used.

Our marking systems are already successfully used in the logistics industry, the wood-processing industry and in packaging lines and today replace expensive labellers as well as gas and electric branding irons in the woodworking industry.
